Full Text Catalog not appearing

Hi
I've got SQLServer 2000 (think it's the developer version) installed on my
Win2000 box.
I've just added the full text catalogue component to my SQLServer
However, when I connect to it using Enterprise Manager, under each database
I only see the options:
Diagrams
Tables
Views
Stored Procedures
Users
Roles
Rules
Defaults
User Defined Data Types
User Defined Functions
When I connect to another server, I also see the option
Full-text catalogs
What is it that I need to do to make this option appear?

GriffOkay - found that I require Server (workstation doesn't support this)
