Ful Text Search

People,

I'm working with Full-Text Indexing on SQL 2000 SP3. And like to use the Default Language for word Breaker = Portuguese.

Or something like this.

I have already tried on Technet and MSDN Web Site.
But didn't have success.

Suggestions??

I was searching for it some time before. And that is all I have found ;)|||I had already found this document too.

But using the Neutral word breaker I don't get Verbal functions in my language. (Portuguese Brazil).

ful text index

I just created a full text index on a table and everything appears fine but
after populating it I still have an item count of zero. Any ideas?

jjTry executing Select DATABASEPROPERTY('Pubs', 'IsFulltextEnabled')
where pubs is replaced by the databse name in question. Assuming this
returned a 1, check through the eventlog to see if there are any errors. I
suspect there are.
Does this server have BUILTIN\Administrators account setup as sysadmin? If
not check out the KB 317746 article.
If this doesn't produce any results look at the following 2 KB articles:
